Appointment Policies

We value your time and the time of our therapists. Please review our appointment policies before your visit.

Arriving Late

We understand that delays happen. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened so that we can remain on schedule for the next client.

If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may be unable to provide your treatment and the appointment may be considered a missed appointment.

Rescheduling Your Appointment

Appointments can be rescheduled online up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

If you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request when possible; however, changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to our cancellation policy.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment price.

For example, if your appointment is at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, it must be cancelled by 2:00 p.m. on Monday to avoid the cancellation fee.

We understand that unexpected situations can happen. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
