Arriving Late

We understand that life happens and sometimes you can’t arrive on time. However, to be fair to all clients, if you are more than 20 minutes late, we will need to cancel your appointment, and it will be considered a missed appointment.

Rescheduling Your Appointment

You can reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours in advance. We know that last-minute situations arise, so if you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, please give us a call. We’ll do our best to accommodate you — but please note that calling an hour before your appointment to reschedule will be treated as a missed appointment. Frequent last-minute rescheduling may result in future changes being treated as missed appointments.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. For example, if your appointment is at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, you may cancel by 2:00 pm on Monday online or by calling the clinic. All messages are time-stamped.

If you do not provide 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up, you will be required to pay 50% of your treatment fee before or at your next appointment. 

Confidentiality & Privacy

As a regulated health profession, we follow the same confidentiality and privacy standards as your family doctor or pharmacist. Your personal information will never be shared or sold without your written consent — this includes discussing your treatment with family members or other healthcare providers.
